Project
Living Envelope
The total renovation of the apartment was implemented with the aim of overall upgrading of energy efficiency, functionality and quality of living, through a modern architectural and technological approach. The project was treated as a single entity, where the architectural design and technical systems are organically integrated into the space.
The apartment was fully equipped with a smart home system, allowing central and remote control of lighting, shading, air conditioning and selected electrical functions, aiming at user comfort and optimizing energy consumption. The lighting was designed with linear and indirect luminaires, fully integrated into the automation system, highlighting the geometry and materials of the spaces.
At the same time, an extensive energy upgrade of the shell was implemented, with the application of a thermal facade, contributing to the significant improvement of the building's thermal performance and the reduction of energy losses. The interventions were complemented by modern construction solutions and the selection of high-quality materials.
The interior redesign was based on clean lines, uniform materiality and a neutral color palette, with an emphasis on detail and timelessness. Specially designed built-in elements and storage spaces are integrated into the architecture of the apartment, enhancing functionality without visually burdening the space.
The project constitutes a comprehensive example of modern housing, where architecture, technology and energy awareness combine to create a qualitatively upgraded and sustainable living environment.
