Kolokotroni Residence
The apartment building on Kolokotroni Street, in the Vrachneika area of Patras, was completed in 2012 and consists of six apartments of 100.00 sq m, with a piloti.
The building is located on an urban plot of the area and is smoothly integrated into the urban fabric of Vrachneika. The design is based on principles of functionality, rational organization of the floor plans and adequate natural lighting and ventilation. The layout of the apartments ensures comfortable main use areas and a clear separation of private and communal zones.
The pilot site is utilized for parking and servicing the residences, while the construction follows the current standards of the time in terms of structural adequacy and material quality. The project is a typical example of a modern, small-scale urban residence, with an emphasis on functionality and timeless construction quality.
