Project
Yellow Residence
The residential building at 8 Lagadi Street, in Vrachnaeika, Patras, was built in 2008, following a comprehensive architectural and technical study, with the aim of the functional organization of the residences and the optimal use of the natural environment. The building is developed into six airy apartments of 65.00 sq.m. each, which ensure comfortable and bright living spaces, as well as natural ventilation throughout the day.
Particular emphasis was placed on the orientation and the relationship of the building with the landscape, as the western cantilevers of the apartments offer unobstructed and privileged views towards the sea, enhancing the quality of living and the user experience. These outdoor spaces function as an extension of the interior, contributing to the transition between private and outdoor space.
The building's pilot is designed as an organized parking area with six spaces, fully serving the needs of the residents. At the center of the composition is the main entrance of the building, with a strong architectural articulation, which gives a clear identity to the whole and functions as a reference point for movement and access to the common areas.
